This directory was originally published in 1995 by the Mississippi State Department of Health in conjunction with the Misssissippi Delta Region AIDS Education and Training Center. Currently the MS Delta Region AIDS Education and Training Center staff updates and maintains it.

The Mississippi Delta Region AIDS Education and Training Center is housed within the University of Mississippi Medical Center, and is partnered with Arkansas and Louisiana in the national AIDS Education and Training Centers program. The headquarters office for the Delta Region is located at the Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans.
