Dear Health Care Provider,
The Mississippi Resource Center of the Delta Region AIDS Education and Training Center (Delta AETC) has a free HIV Clinical Consultation Service for primary care providers. We’re available by telephone or by email Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You can also fax a request using the consultation request form attached. Once we receive your request, it will be forwarded to the most appropriate consultant who will complete the consultation either by phone, fax or email as you prefer within 48 hours (excluding holidays and weekends). As a follow-up, the written report of the consultation will be mailed or faxed to you along with a service evaluation form.
